Cora, Rose and Bob"" -- remember their fascinating Wine Cook Book, published by Little, Brown? This has the same quality -- though less of it -- of conveying the feel of the places where the foods they describe are served, where they found their roots. Again the same shortcoming, if the book is regarded as a how-to-do book for the average household -- ingredients difficult to obtain, and expensive to concoct. But for the epicure, the club which prides itself on special dishes, the exclusive restaurant, this is a tantalizing book, crammed with tempting suggestions.
