The ramifications of FBI procedures in protecting threatened victims while trying to catch the instigator of a crime-about-to- take-place, background the story of 26 year old Kelly Sherwood's ordeal when an admitted killer demands her cooperation in robbing the bank where she works. Knowledge of the bodily harm that will come to her and her younger sister, guidance and promises (that could be believed) by Agent Ripley, two more killings combine to make Kelly the target at a L.A.
