KIRKUS REVIEW

Double involvement once again, as Anne McNeill and Dr. Jeff brave the terrors of congressional committee investigation of a buried, half forgotten incident, eleven years back, while persisting in exploration of murder, attempted murder, arson and blackmail. That the wind-up is unduly dependent on luck -- and charm- doesn't detract from the proceedings supplying plenty of excitement. Summer entertainment, to which a nice family background adds a mellow touch.
