THIS SUITCASE IS GOING TO EXPLODE

The nation's capital and Charlie Sparrow again, trying to find out who's at the foggy bottom of all those nuclear bombs all set to explode in many major cities according to the hortatory warnings of a German-born atomic scientist who then blanks out altogether. It's not so outrageous as the first book and while not-high-or-any-other-kind-of-minded, there's a lot of action until the final de-fusion of that bomb.
