. . .is twice as silly as anything Mr. Kenrick has thought (is that the right word?) up previously and handled with more conviction and less largesse about (a) three men who attend a psychiatric clinic to lose their car to a pothole in the road which makes them decide to pinch a gun and a Staten Island ferry and hit the Mayor at Gracie Mansion for $150.00 -- while (b) three less modest crooks imitate the procedure by destroyer and helicopter in an attempted five million dollar bank heist. . . Caveat cut-rate cut-ups.
