YOUNG GENTLEMEN RISE

It has all been said, and said much better. One ploughs through dull years from infancy, through grammar school, prep school, Yale, to a $40 a week advertising job at the peak, an immediate raise, skirmishes in love and the market, the crash and the wind up, wiser and better man, at $20 per week in a filling station. Nothing new in the school day picture (how much better the English do this) -- town toughs, sex curiosity, fights, track meets, callow Fresh, Sex-adventuring Soph, serious wench-chasing Junior, man of-the-world Senior -- all incurably adolescent. Cheap, sexy, boring. Pass it up.
