THE DEFINITION OF CULTURE

In an essay characteristically modest and austere in style, T. S. Eliot, the Nobel Prize winner in the field of poetry, has made a striking contribution toward defining the word culture. It would be supererogation to attempt to criticize this interesting and provocative little work.
