THE CRAZIEST HALLOWEEN

. . . was brought about by the Little Witch, whose real name was Ballo Ween Witch. She was the littlest witch, a mere 400 years old. When the other witches left her alone on Halloween, she and her pet owl flew to town, where they tricked the mayor, the doctor and the schoolmaster. A soupcon of sorcery did wonders. The schoolmaster couldn't add; the doctor found himself prescribing candy and the mayor found a menagerie in his kitchen.
