COURIER TO MARRAKESH

War backdrop for a prewar patterned story of espionage engagements as Andrea, girl alone in Morocco, gets used by an Italian Countess as go-between, and finds herself in the middle of a Nazi spy ring-and murder. Believed to be the owner of a dossier on Hitler, Andrea is kidnapped, brought to clubfooted Nazi headman Grundt -- and rescued through the efforts of English Nick and Hank, U. S. Army Intelligence. Again she is taken --again rescued -- this time with the dossier in her possession, and the three escape together, but Nick dies on the way. Average action tale -- slightly ancien regime.
