THE SPED ARROW

Mark Brandon, a hardhearted, if singleminded career cop investigates the disappearance of the four year old son of Melody Lane, a singer. The youngster had been at a kindergarten run rather negligently by a young woman who hazes reality (a profligate lover) with liquor and the snatch has been effected by two young punks, victims of their upbringing. While the story itself is wide open from start to finish, it gains its susceptibility from the situation and ends with a sentimental upsweep. The audience to be assumed is feminine.
