SEA-BIRD ISLAND

It is a thin story of an artist father and his city raised son who go to spend a fortnight on the Isle of Bonaventure in the gulf of St. Lawrence, and of how the city boy learned a new way of life from the island boy. Slight story redeemed from mediocrity by the lovely pictures, in wood block technique -- as fine as much that Rock-well Kent has done.
