It is the well known story of the world federation movement, with swipes at the United Nations,- a succinct portrayal of what they are and what they want, and a detailed account of the know-how which could set numberless people on the same path. The argument against the U.N. as leader in the world government ideal is full of pointed material, but again it is badly marshalled and often childishly fanatical. The ammunition levelled against the U.N. is familiar- no power, no police, and the tool of imperialists.... The appeal is wider than many of the books in this field have held.
