ADVENTURES OF A FAKIR

Pre-revolutionary days in Siberia -- a picaresque tale which reads like borderline fictionized autobiography, but stretches the credulity over much for sound facts. It has something of a Don Quixote trend, in the fantastic adventures of a youth who set out to become a fakir. Just misses being first rate -- but there it is. Perhaps men will find it more interesting than women.
