KIRKUS REVIEW

Might be considered as a continuation of Southeast of Zamboanga, though the two are not interdependent. After the author's unfortunate experiences and an illness, he decides to go in for the Trophics-de-luxe, under Company jurisdiction. No more private ventures for him. The book is, primarily, anecdotal material, picked up from the natives and residents, and delightfully told.
