KIRKUS REVIEW

Mike and Tom were twins who nearly always did everything with their older brother Bill. But this summer they sorrowfully watched his bus pull away, for they were too young to go with him to camp. Then Dad suggested that they make camp in the yard with their tent and sleeping bags; mother even let them cook outside and sleep in the tent that night. After a terrible late night scare by the neighbor's dog, they settle down to sleep with Penny at their feet, deciding ""Camping out is fun. It is fun anywhere"".
