CLOTHING FOR CHILDREN

A trade book from this publisher, which will be promoted in women's magazines and pages, etc., this is something different in a certain kind of reference and utility field. For here is advice, recommendation, illustration, on the subject of clothes from the layette to the 12 year old ensemble-wardrobe. Even the psychological effect of clothes, the forming of good dressing habits, the importance of simple, comfortable and becoming things to wear is not forgotten, nor is the question of the budget overlooked and all types are classified. There is material on storage, on the well groomed look, on the requisites of line, color and pattern for various types of children -- more and enough to make a conscientious parent sit up and take notice. A book for wiser buying and practical application, with a greater market in home economics courses perhaps than in individual purchase.
