MANHUNT WEST

Comparatively ABC Western-adventure yarn, laid in the foothills of the Cascades, in Washington Territory. Logan, literally a jump ahead of US Marshall Stagman, wins the trust of land speculator, Duke Perris, gets on the inside of an illegal swindle, and is helped by Perris' girl, Opal, and Alva, the sister of a blind sky pilot. To protect his identity and to thwart Perris' plans, Logan draws quicker, shoots faster -- and the homesteaders get their chance at the land instead of the crooks. Elementary.
