Jewel thefts that baffle the New York City police are the basis of this hunt and chase action-detection story. The customers of a Fifth Avenue shop being the most frequent victims, suspicion points to executives and staff until Masson, fiance of the owner's daughter, manages some solitary sleuthing and has a hand in the unmasking, of the brains behind the mob tie-up which has included murder with its burglary.
