Tom Atwood, professional photographer, moves from New York City with his family to ""a good place to raise children"". Tom's business is flourishing, his house is almost paid off, and he's just beginning not to mind it so much, when a busty teen finagles her way into his arms and yells ""Rape"". Her boyfriend produces a couple of nude photos of the girl and threatens to show them to the whole town, claiming Atwood took them, if he doesn't pay off. Extortion follows blackmail and a couple of canines are messed up, all because Tom Atwood is warned nobody would believe his story. Walter Harter should have been similarly advised.
