Both modern and historical times have yielded equal share of unfathomable mysteries of the sea. From the Atlantic to the Pacific to the Indian Oceans, men have reported sighting phantom ships, haunted vessels, ghost captains and crews long dead, burning wrecks long sunk. Apparitions, or reality, no logical explanation has ever been found to make plausible these shadowy visions sworn to by sane men. Fifteen such ""legends"" are here presented to provoke ponder, challenge skepticism or just plain entertain. Exceptionally intriguing fare.
