Another odyssey of small boats across the Atlantic and a good one! This is the story of a Finnish couple and some country men who, having endured the hardships of World War II, decide to strike out for America. They do so in a leaky old boat called the Tuntsa only 30 feet or so long. Harassed by storms, police arrests, language barriers, they make their way down to Africa and then across the Atlantic. It is more than sea adventure. It is a story of people determined to come to America, who let nothing stand in their way.
