KIRKUS REVIEW

Just an average Hashknife Harbley and Sleepy Stevens, but probably welcome to their followers. In a strange country, near the Mexican border, Hashknife and Sleepy throw in with an old settler being swindled by a former trusted partner. The ystery is cleared up in a fighting finish, as they, with their usual courage and wits, thoroughly enjoy the risks and adventure they love.
