THE MAN ON A NYLON STRING

The body of a man- dangling on a nylon string from an eyetooth of the Bernese Alps is a unique vista (and tourist attraction) for the villagers of Zauberwald. But for his son, his father's corpse may have other monetary value if his murder, by his second wife, can be established. Seth Crow is hired to take the climb to bring the dead man down; many try to keep him from completing the mission which becomes not only a test of courage but of faith. Lots of scenic attractions from Rome to Switzerland and everything is kept well up in the air until the close. Sleek.
