MORE ABOUT THE ART OF LIVING

The Art of Living (1961) and The New Art of Living (1963) sold 175,000 copies--together. This is the third collection of these one line, two calorie thoughts which originated in This Week magazine and obviously have a devoted devotional readership. There's the art of humility, of growth, of retirement, of prayer, of tension, etc. and even of decision. ""Decision does not straddle the fence.. It takes a firm stand on one side or the other."" We made ours ago years re the earlier books. I guess you'd call it the art of being positively negative.
