WILDLIFE IN AMERICA'S HISTORY

By

Publisher: McKay-Luce

Much of the wildlife native to North America were rendered extinct by the trigger happy white man. A few statistics and historical anecdotes on the buffalo, white tail deer, antelope, elk, passenger pigeon and other now uncommon creatures are the only facts offered. Some reference to original wild life which can still be found on this continent sums it up. The illustrations have not been seen, but they will have to be outstanding to compensate for these sparse little paragraphs.
