KIRKUS REVIEW

One of those new (brain)wave horror stories which again makes you wonder whether you should Save the Animals, particularly those who come out of a Connecticut laboratory--cats and dogs and a chimp who eats and goes bananas. A nice policeman with twin youngsters is killed, and his teammate as well as two scientists at the Walton Brain Center try to determine whether a once-famous brain surgeon did indeed discover the ""God cell"" and attempt through further implantation-experimentation to arrest a doomed mankind, More plot than you can put in a pipette, but it courses like a rush of blood to the brain which is not intended to think while the neurons twitch. They do.
