TO FOLLOW A FLAG

Some brave to brazen action on the trail west as Sgt. Emmett Bell, a Point man who had jumped his commission after his unhappy love for Calla Lee, à General daughter, rescues her later from a warring Indian chief after she had come to find him. In the repercussions which follow, and the angry attack of some 1200 hostiles, the army loses face and lives in the retreat they are forced to make- and it is Bell, alone on a hill with a dying man, who covers for the withdrawal....
