KIRKUS REVIEW

This was preceded by Seetee Shock (1950 -- Simon & Schuster) and now continues further exploration of the deadly C. T. drift (remnants of the ""invader"" body that blew the original fifth planet into a mass of dust and asteroids). Rick Drake returns from four years of Earth-study to his home in the great planetoid belt beyond Mars to find his father involved in outlaw experimentation with C. T. Rick bucks the Interplanet Company, argues for his father's research and the necessity to use C. T. only for peace. The eerie world of 2190, a good yarn and science-fiction based on the need for universal brotherhood.
