VETERAN COMES BACK

A Professor at Columbia, author of several books on human relationships, approaches here the problem of the veteran, its psychological and sociological implications, but putting them on a popular level. The changes in the returning soldier; the changes in the civilian world to which he returns; the need for his rehabilitation, his readjustment to family life and a class economy. Past attempts and failures in our handling of the veteran, and some suggestions for a concrete rehabilitation program which will assist his return to normal life.
