KIRKUS REVIEW

The truth which will make you free from the fears attached to a heart attack (which Dr. Brams uses synonymously with a coronary thrombosis) in a primer which assuages as it informs. The age and temperament which attract coronaries; the doctor's diagnosis and how it is made (pain, palpitations, etc. are not a sure sign); the physiology of the heart and heart attacks; therapy and recovery and the prescription for the right mental adaptation as well as the prohibition against overweight, nicotine and certain kinds of work.... The statistical increase in coronary thrombosis today will of course increase the market for this type of basic advice and assurance.
