KIRKUS REVIEW

A sort of Western-Canadian Mounted Police story, which should have a wider market than simply the Western fans. A youth, caught in a web of circumstantial evidence is identified, wrongly, as an escaped thief and murderer. His escape with the mystery girl -- the pursuit by the Canadian Mounted Police, who did not get their man, and a satisfactory romantic wind-up, in which the right man wins, even if he is not the colorful figure of the Mounty. Good yarn.
