PENELOPE, THE DAMP DETECTIVE

Assorted cold cuts which have been absorbing moisture in the refrigerator too long about a ""whole hog eccentric,"" Cornelius Castastrophic Callaghan, although anyone should be such a disaster -- he has fifty million dollars acquired from his casket company; and Penelope, his porpoise and top secret weapon who eats tuna fish casseroles and talks porpoiselessly about the things that are happening -- ""a head in my head"" (Cornelius' toilet bowl) and a corpse in a hearse along with a case of chablis and so it goes. . . under, although as Mr. Anderson proceeds from ho-ho funny book to ho-ho-ho-another, he seems almost unsinkable.
