KIRKUS REVIEW

Texas Ranger Auburn, avoiding death on his arrival, is confronted with settling legally the troubles between nesters and Jenkins, the cattleman. A truce is declared, and Auburn, resigning from the Rangers to carry on his individual war against the law breakers, unearths leaders and plot against the peace of the community. Some humor lifts this above average.
