THE HELIX FILE

It's open season in Arizona after Grant Hardy comes out of San Quentin to work for the F.B.I. in an attempt to reclaim the Helix (a missile) file which disappeared at the time of his father's murder. His closest friend is brutally carved up and others either disappear or drop like ninepins before this is closed out with the identification of a ""sagebrush Mata Hari."" No kidding, and so noisy you won't hear yourself think while so overplotted Mr. Blankenship must have assumed that you can't.
