This is still another Georgetown University Wisdom and Discovery book. Statesmen, diplomats and specialists here share their experience and knowledge in the interest of promoting inter-American understanding. The scope of the subject is so wide that the reader will quickly see how in this interdependent world problems must be studied and policies established in the larger framework of their international ramifications and consequences and not national interest. The varying points of view dramatize the progress being made, highlight the problems to be faced and the solutions possible.
