Fourteen stories, anthologized for the first time and including a new Bradbury, offer some fresh views of the robot theme. Of the fourteen Richard Matheson's presentation of the future fight game in Steel is the most persuasive while Charles Beaumont's Last Rites offers a provocative philosophical problem. Asimov is, of course, represented with a political what-is-it? in Evidence. Changeling by Bradbury is a rather crude early effort. For the most part, all the stories are bright.
