THE PUBLIC SPEAKER'S SCRAPBOOK

An excellent tool for teachers of courses on public speaking, for people who recognize the importance of self training in the field, for many so-called public speakers who could do with a bit of self-knowledge. Practical suggestions, briefly presented, and backed up with numerous examples from the speeches of gifted and successful speakers -- and the reverse, where a negative point is to be made. A book to buy with special market in mind, to sell through personal letters or phone calls, and should be a good stock item. Many a helpful lift over a tough spot for the inexperienced speaker who needs first aid.
