Black marketeering in Italy, with the selling of American currency- illegally- implicating Colonel Drew, head of Drew chemicals, who hires Nick Farrelly, formerly OSS, to investigate. Nick proceeds from murder to international intrigue, gets personally involved with Carla, a racketeer's girl, and eventually shoots the situation through. Active, certainly- too imaginative too.
