THERE GOES WHAT'S HER NAME

Virginia Graham currently has the TV program Girl TaLk which this book is. It's as effervescent as a bubble bath. It's also a lifetime serial in book form. Even though she always had ""a sense of destiny, some of the destiny was spelled disaster, and early crises led to the cancer operation thirteen years ago (she was thirty six) which her own doctor considered hopeless. Within the next few weeks, her husband Harry (they're a very devoted couple) had a complete crackup, his business was bombed out, and she salvaged both of them and herself. Since then, she was discovered by Elsa, took over Paar's show, and now has her own. She talks about everything, marriage, maternity, etc. with lotsa, love and philosophy--""Darling, for some of us life always comes C.O.D."" But then as she also says: ""I talk eye level to everybody. That's my secret."" Eye level, with 20-20 candor and 100% courage.
