No sooner does Sewer Crockett, the crusty old head of the intelligence-gathering Domestic Security Agency, suffer a stroke than his booby-trapped vault becomes the target for numerous break-ins. His assistant Tobin is burdened with safekeeping some highly incriminating VIP files up until his untimely death; and various Intelligence-types thereafter start tripping over each other's feet in an attempt to retrieve the missing reports through Tobin's daughter Andrea.
