JOURNEYS AFTER ST. PAUL

Basically this is a travelogue, in which a trained Christian, released for the summer from his University faculty duties, makes it a point to visit all the possible sites connected with the life of St. Paul. By correlation of texts, plus a little day-dreaming about what might have happened centuries ago, plus descriptions of that which is there now to be seen, Dr. Cannon ties in the Scriptural references to the relevant geography so that even seeing the situations through his eyes are all the more appreciative of the original documents. Any layman can read this. Whether Biblical scholars would profit depends entirely upon their geographical orientation.
