SCRAMBLING QUARTERBACK

Out of the coal mines and into the Ritz in two easy lessons"" jeers the incumbent quarterback as two poverty pocket lads from the West Virginia coal mines make good in pro football. Danny O'Toole, a quarterback who likes to run, scrambles his good-natured way to first string and into the heart of Janice, one-third owner of the ball club. There's a heavy concentration on Danny's one major offensive play, and only the minimum predictable interpersonal relations, but the game time is fast paced and well spaced--a regular rags-to-riches sports stint.
