KIRKUS REVIEW

This would appear to be a collection of brief sermons on various aspects of Christian belief, loosely held together by the common thread of God as creator of all. Freedom, Joy, Grace Work, Prayer, The Church, Hope, Love, and tion, are among the topics treated. The series begins with Creation and ends with Alpha and ga. The style is colloquial, the illustrations personal and somewhat folksie, the treatment conventional. For sermon readers who like to have familiar things said over again without being challenged.
