This volume of Dr. Sweet's, Makers of Christianity, contains a group of men such as Finney, Moody and John Elliot, men who are familiar as names but men of whom very little has actually been known. Intimate stories of these ""names"" has a definite selling appeal and Volume III should outsell the earlier volumes for this very reason. The story is simply told but hard to put down once you start it. There is a vital quality that is usually found only in fiction.
