TOO MANY COOKS

The author has taken each of 14 common proverbs and built a literal and then a interpretive illustration around it. A clever idea which could have driven home the casing of what to youngsters may be so much repetitive jargon, but this falls short of mark. In some cases the literal illustration runs double spread overlapping the interpretive one and in general, the pictures are too confusing and cluttered to make their individual points.
