KIRKUS REVIEW

That new race, at home in telekinesis and teleportation, is exemplified by Paul Breen who exposes his gift too early. His pre-knowledge is made use of by the military and he becomes a prisoner in Washington. There he develops his powers, sees his trusted companions made away with and, in acting as a super-spy net, is revealed to a similarly endowed heart interest who works for their mutual safety. Pre-cognition and ESP in intelligent terms.
