His blueprint on improving human relations seems a trifle devious to one accustomed to a straight path; maybe he is right in claiming that one should first of all listen and agree and give the other fellow a chance to say his all, before trying to set him right. But in the main his advice on confidence, on the importance of bolstering a sense of belief in self, on avoiding methods of force etc. seem sound.
