THE HORSEMAN'S YEAR

This is apparently an English annual, interrupted by the war, now resumed. Here is the 1947-48 issue, presenting topics and events of interest to horsemen, with contributors whose names carry weight in this particular field. One piece about comparative cross country racing, as followed in England and America; another on show jumping by a horseman known both sides of the water -- thwse are probably of widest general interest: Loads of photographs of winners. An appendix which contains racing results, championships from selected horse shows, and so on. Highly specialized- in its field important.
