THE TEN MINUTE

A generous (120 in all), judicious selection of tested dishes, this cookbook will enable the housewife (who knows the basics) to simplify serving an elegant meal. Time is no longer a necessary concomitant, but canned goods, frozen foods and modern appliances, are Preliminary, preparatory steps are emphasized and the first time round will take longer than ten minutes. The layout is helpful, indicating ingredients on one side, utensils on the other, and underneath, procedures. So are the step by step directions for a very attractive group of recipes.
