KIRKUS REVIEW

Terry whose Uncle Dan operates a string of New York harbor tugs, has an outing on one of the boats. During the day, he learns the ins and outs of tide charting, docking big ships etc. For adventure he manages to warn a fog bound ferry in time to avoid collision, and with a friend from another tug, the Bobolink, catches an escaped monkey.
